When making a Will you need to consider the following:
- Who you leave your assets to,
- Whether you wish to make bequests, donations, personal items to family, friends, charities, religious groups or hospitals,
- If there are children under the age of 18 years, whether you wish to appoint guardians, or set up trusts for them,
- If you wish to exclude anyone who will challenge or contest your will.
