If you are charged with a criminal offence it is vitally important that you obtain professional legal advice as soon as possible so that your rights are protected.

The fact that you are charged or are required to attend a police record of interview does not mean you are guilty. You are entitled to the presumption of innocence. Remember it is for the police/prosecution to prove their case.
